I’ve suffered from PMS since I can remember, seriously the most horrible time of the month for women, I naively thought. I could also see the similar symptoms among my friends, which made it normal to suffer? Throughout the years I used various apps to track my periods but little did I know that PMS is all related to our hormones and that if we could understand it better, we can tackle it better too! Then I found AVA bracelet and it transformed my life. So, what makes the Ava Bracelet different than others? You can use Ava bracelet for 3 different reasons (which I will mention below), however, mine was to understand my body better by tracking my cycles. Unlike the apps we tend to use, Ava bracelet checks the important parameters during night (skin temperature, resting pulse rate, breathing rate, HRV ratio, and the amount of sleep you…

London is incredibly pretty and sparkly this Christmas. So I wanted to make it even more special and memorable this year, and experience a fine dining during festive season. While I was checking restaurants at Bookatable, I have come across this amazing offer: free champagne! I was actually surprised to see how many restaurants there are with this offer and how easy Booktable made it for us to see the restaurants with this offer! You can have a look at the restaurants here. It probably took me couple of hours to to choose though, as there are just too many restaurants that I am looking forward to visit, but in the end having heard great reviews about this specific restaurant, we decided to go ahead with Ormer Restaurant. Shaun Rankin has opened the restaurant, who has received a Michelin star in 2005 for his first restaurant. He held this for…

Christmas time in London is very special, but I think this year London has outdone itself. I’ve never seen this city as Christmassy, it’s almost all the restaurants and stores decorated themselves making sure they are all ready for the sparkliest time of the year.  Sketch is one of the most well-known restaurants in London, not only because of the quality of its cuisine but also because its gorgeous decor and of course famous egg shaped toilets. This year, however, they took one step further and redecorated their famous toilets for Christmas. Having seen this all over social media, and wanting to check out their Afternoon Tea for a very long time, I decided to visit the gorgeous pink room, aka The Gallery, and see what’s it all about! David Shrigley’s mind blowing art pieces decorates the walls of the famous pink room, hence the name. Once you step in,…

I was so beyond the moon when I heard that The Blogger Programme is taking us to New York! Having studied there couple of years ago, I had nothing but good memories there and couldn’t wait to add even better ones! On the day of our travel, we met at the lounge of United Airlines in Heathrow, once I see my influencer family, I already knew it was going to be an incredible trip! United airlines’ lounge was actually great, and some of us had already started drinking mimosas! I remember looking at the amount of food choices and getting even hungrier. And considering we had a 7 hour flight, meant that I could eat as much as I want! Once we got on the plane, we found that me and Massiel were actually sitting next to each other. I wasn’t feeling tired at all and knowing she can never sleep…

Of course there are many organic and “non-organic” ways of achieving a glowing skin. The below article is just couple of easy ways that I know and do to achieve a younger looking, glowing skin. Healthy Eating – Eat your greens, kids! Because you become what you eat, and if you want to glow from within this has to be through the food you eat. Here in the UK, people mostly just pay attention to what it says on the food label and could easily eat a microwaveable soup if it is 2 of your five a day. What they don’t realise is while they are heating that soup in that plastic, they are consuming all the chemicals as well, also I don’t even want to talk about the sugar and sodium inside those already made food options. Hence, don’t just check the label. Cook it at home, and buy…

How do I keep a balanced and healthy lifestyle? Being a blogger and almost every month travelling to another country, flying 10-12 hours a month, may look good on insta, but is horrible for the health & skin. While doing my job, the most frequently asked question I get is. How do I keep my glow and still look youthful. The answer is below: Healthy eating Luckily we millennials are very lucky. We have access to healthy food wherever/ (almost) which ever country we go. The thing is: it’s not the abundance of it, the habitual factors are what stop us. That’s why from a very early age, I unplugged the “oh I’m so sad” and “food can make me feel happier”relevancy in my brain. Yes of course I eat bad stuff, we all do. But it’s always controlled. I love my body and want to keep it healthy. Being healthy…

Afternoon tea in London probably rates quite high on the to-do list of anyone visiting England’s capital. There’s just nothing like the traditional British afternoon tea. . So when I was going to an afternoon tea at Bermondsey Square hotel with my friend, obviously I was over the moon! And I think this has to be some of the best afternoon tea I’ve ever had as we were treated like absolute royalty by the Hotel staff and the tea and cakes really just spoke for themselves…oh and the clotted cream and scones. Yum! We were given a selection of traditional British finger sandwiches, warm plain and fruit scones served with delicious Cornish clotted cream and a selection of rich fruity jams. Completing the afternoon indulgence, the Afternoon Tea was served with a selection of the Chef’s daily home-made cakes. Everything was incredibly fresh and tasty. We were licking our fingers at the end,…

Sister restaurant to the popular New York outpost, Bar Boulud London at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park is the heart of Knightsbridge. The seasonal bistro menu includes an impressive selection of house-made terrines and pâtés, as well as a handful of signature sausages and burgers, adding an American touch to this French inflected bistro and wine bar. The interiors are inspired by a contemporary take on the craft of winemaking with a sleek open kitchen and vaulted ceilings, while the deep, red-leather banquettes and zinc-topped bar create a comfortable and welcoming surrounding for a truly unique London experience. The wine list focuses on Burgundy and the Rhône Valley, including many fine selections by the glass, as well as a wide array of draught and bottled beers. Two private dining rooms await those seeking a more intimate gathering. Having heard so much about this restaurant, I was very excited to give it…

The five-star InterContinental London Park Lane is situated between Mayfair and Knightsbridge overlooking the Royal Parks and iconic London landmarks. Set on the ground floor is the visually stunning Wellington Lounge, with a view of London’s Wellington Arch promised from every seat. As soon as you enter the hotel, you are welcomed with fresh flowers. Wellington Lounge is also the place to indulge in a new Afternoon Tea menu that cleverly evolves with the seasons and always brings to Park Lane the best products within the British Isles. Having heard their famous afternoon tea, I decided to give it a go <3. Below is the menu I tried and loved. Even though it was difficult to choose my favourite ones were “The Queen’s Hat” and “Hen egg and cress, carrot bread”. Can’t wait to go back!
